About the Event
What a year 2021 was! We now need restore our minds & bodies and keep a positive outlook for 2022.
We will practice Restorative yoga, visualise & meditate then create our own vision boards on individually handmade, reusable, cork boards.
A fun and powerful way to set goals and intentions for yourself while creating beautiful and unique artwork that you can look at daily to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus through 2022. Most importantly… You go home with your own Vision Board! No more procrastination. No more delay in getting one done.
