Join Parnita for an opportunity to learn to Pranayama (Breathwork) & Meditation.
We will begin with guided 'Breathwork' to relax your wondering mind.
Then you will focus on deepening our meditation practice or learn how to meditate (all levels welcome).
Achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Learn to cope with stress by refocusing your attention to your breath.
