About the Event

Join Parnita for an opportunity to gain knowledge of how to improve your yoga asanas.

You will be guided to through asanas and learn how build and strengthen your body for these poses.

Suitable for all levels and all bodies as you will work at your own level.

Finishing with a nourishing and well earned yogi meal.

Dress comfortable and allow yourself some time to learn and grow.

Must book to reserve your place as numbers are limited.
