About the Event
Hiking and being out in nature is great for your body, mind and soul.
We team up with Off The Beaten Track WA and hike as the sun rises over the water, we are guided over boardwalks and through wetlands along the Erskine Nature Trail.
We will be mindful of our environment, at peace and in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Watching the sunrise is a truly special moment and when combined with a 6km hike, yoga, mindfulness and a delicious morning tea you have yourself the perfect Sunday morning experience to balance the body, mind and spirit.
