We will begin with a guided meditation to relax your monkey mind, then you will get extremely comfortable in order to release your mind & body from things that no longer serve you as we practice Yoga Nidra "yogic sleep".
-Yoga Nidra guides you through entire layers to reach your Atman or true self.
-Yoga Nidra allows you to drop into a sleep-like state with relaxed brainwave activity.
-Yoga nidra can be a useful tool in reducing both cognitive and physiological symptoms of anxiety.
Suitable for all levels and all bodies (if you like you can sit in a chair too).
We will nourish our minds & bodies along the journey with water, tea and treats (please advise allergies).
Dress comfortable and warm.
Bring your eye pillow or these are available on day to purchase for $10 (handmade by Parnita with love).
