Every Thursday Morning 6-7am

10min - Pranayama (Breathwork)

20min - Meditation - each week, a new focus.

20min - Yoga to open our bodies to the sunrise.

10min - Savasana (Deep Rest)

Classes are held outside at the Shoalwater Beach activity node on the grass, using your mat or beach towel. Bring a bolster, pillow or blanket for comfort.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Classes run Summer only and are weather dependant.

Only $15 per class or use your class passes.
