A 45min Guided Meditation by the seaside.

Held on FULL or NEW MOONS only

5mins - Intro

10min - Pranayama (Breathwork)

20min - Guided Meditation

10min - Savasana (Deep Rest)

Classes are held outside at the Shoalwater Beach activity node on the grass, using a rug which will be provided. 

 

Please bring your own bolster, pillow or blanket for comfort.

​

This class is suitable for all levels.

​

Classes are weather dependant.

​
