Service Description
Unwind and connect with your inner self with our Pranayama & Meditation class at Parnita’s Yoga. Guided class includes: 5mins - Intro 10min - Pranayama (Breathwork) 30min - Guided Meditation 10min - Savasana (Deep Rest) 5min - Closing Learn breathing techniques and mindful meditations to help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve overall well-being. This class is suitable for all levels you can sit on a bolster or chair.
