Spring Reboot & Yin Yoga


Sunday 16th September 11.30am - 2.30pm

Spring back into health and join us to learn the tools to help your body detox, release and restore balance to your digestion, kidneys and liver.


Diet, lifestyle, stress, lack of exercise, poor sleep, medications and alcohol can impact our internal health.


This workshop includes:

- 1hr Yin Yoga session working with the kidney / liver meridians.

- Learn to make and take home your own jar of - Kombucha, Kimchi and Sauerkraut.


Finish with a delicious light lunch and refreshment.
