WINTER FLOW YOGA

 
 

We warm our bodies up by joining asanas (poses) and your breath (Prana) together, to make moving sequences that allowing us to connect within. 

 

The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.

This class is for all levels from beginners to advanced. 

Classes run only during Winter.

 

Winter Flow classes are held undercover at the studio.
