BEACH YOGA

 
 
 

We join asanas (poses) together, to make a sequence, each movement is synchronized your breath (Prana) allowing us to connect with nature.

 

The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.

This class is for all levels from beginners to advanced. 

Classes are held beside the beach on the grass, using your own mat or beach towel.
