Beginner and new to yoga, where do I start? "We recommend starting with Restorative or Hatha yoga, but always try a few different styles before deciding if yoga is for you. Restorative is all ground based asanas (poses) held for 5-8mins each. Hatha includes standing, balancing and ground based asanas (poses). Beach / Park Yoga is another great option as this is for all levels. Your teacher will always show you alternative options as not all bodies are made the same :) If you are unsure or have injuries please call for a chat.
