About the Event
Sound baths are a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and your body, aiming to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.
During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). Allowing the mind and body to relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and it re-calibrates the body.
Includes:
- 60min sound meditation session by Parnita.
- Finishing with a treat & hot herbal tea (please advise allergies).
