HATHA YOGA

 

The word “hatha” means the yoga of balance, as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha). 

 

Hatha is for all levels including beginners (must be ok with standing asanas "postures") 

 

Learn the alignment and purpose of each pose or

re-check in with the basics. 

(Which I encourage all to do from time to time).

 

Wednesday - 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Friday - 9.30am to 10.30am
