Hot water yoga is a unique practice that combines the benefits of traditional yoga with soothing warmth of heated water. This form of yoga promotes relaxation and encourages deeper stretches, making it accessible for of all levels.

 

The warm water environment helps to alleviate tension in the muscles, allowing for a more mindful and rejuvenating experience.

Hot Water Therapy Yoga is great for :

  • Seniors with Special Conditions

  • Have difficulty with balance

  • Need low impact movement

  • Gentle on joints

  • Recovering from injury
