20min Yoga to invite our bodies to open with the sunrise.

Classes are held beside the beach on the grass, using your mat or beach towel. Bring a bolster or blanket for comfort.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Classes run Spring, Summer & Autumn only and may vary depending on weather or sunrise.
