We join asanas (poses) together, to make a sequence, each movement is synchronized your breath (Prana) allowing us to connect with nature.


The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.

Classes are held outside near Shoalwater Beach activity node on the grass, using your mat or beach towel.

Classes run Spring, Summer & Autumn, weather permitting.


Then in Winter Flow classes are held undercover at the studio.
