Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. With Chair Yoga, there is no need to worry about getting on the floor or having any prior yoga experience - just come with a desire to move and relax. Each class closes with a relaxing meditation. This class offers a practice that is focused on breath, flexibility, and relaxation, and is suitable for all levels including beginners, recovering from injury or 60+.
