WINTER YOGA
We warm our bodies up by joining asanas (poses) and your breath (Prana) together, to make moving sequences that allowing us to connect within.
The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
This class is for all levels.
Classes run only during Winter, then we return to Beach Yoga at Shoalwater Beach.
Winter Yoga classes are held inside at the studio by the warm fire.
Saturday - 8am to 9am
