This resistance may be physical, emotional or psychological, these are to be noticed and honored. 

 

Yin targets and affects our deepest layers: our connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and bones and these deeper layers are where we hold onto things.

This class is for all levels including beginners, practice at your level.

 

Monday - 5.30pm & 7pm (1hr each)
