Studio safety in light of COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)


Hello to our beautiful yoga community,


We have had no Coronavirus scares or concerns at the studio to date and the health and happiness of you our community are first and foremost in any decisions that are being made.


Our studio has always and will continue to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Cleaning is the physical process which reduces the amount of organic matter that contributes to the spread of bacteria and viruses. These are some of things we do and will continue to do;

  • Additional cleaning of surfaces such as door handles, floors, seats, shelving etc, after both morning and evening classes.

  • All blankets, cloths, eye pillow covers , bolster covers are washed in 60 degrees using anti bacterial rinse in wash.

  • Signs in and around studio about hand washing and good hygiene practices, using hand sanitiser.

  • Diffusing essential oils (eucalyptus / tea tree oils) with antiseptic properties.



If you prefer please bring your own yoga mat, bolster, towel & eye pillow to classes.


If you would like to purchase your own equipment we have yoga mats, eye pillows, bolsters available to purchase from the studio and we will continue to have cleaning spray and cloths at the back of the studio for you to clean your mat.


If you are showing signs of illness or not feeling well, Coronavirus or not, please refrain from coming to the studio until you’re completely well again.


Our teachers will not be teaching if unwell or showing any signs of cold and flu like symptoms.


Clients who have traveled overseas are asked to not return to studio for 14 days after returning into Australia.


How you can help :-)

The best thing you can do right now is to keep building your immune system. It's time to eat well, take vitamins and probiotics, get plenty of sleep, fresh air, spend time at our beautiful beaches, minimise stress with yoga & meditation, stay hydrated and nourish with wholesome foods such as Raw Honey, Ginger, Tumeric, Coconut Water and Fermented foods like Kombuca, Saurkraut etc.


Give your body the right tools to protect or heal itself.
