So much confusion in such short notice with this lockdown from the 29th June ... sorry if you too got caught up in the confusing government guidelines... my head was hurting!!
Sadly as per Government #Covid guidelines, restrictions are back in place and no yoga is allowed at this stage until 6th July 2021.
Masks 😷 are required indoors and outdoors and no group classes allowed.
All my fingers and toes are crossed and hope to see you after the 6th on your mats and release this stress from our bodies and minds!!! 🙏
